May 1st Garden Update

Look at all that red!

They are the best tasting raspberries I've ever had.

  1. Wow, I can't believe you already have raspberries! That is incredible. Mine have just started sporting leaves. Your garden is really coming along. I hope all that you plant produces as well as your berries!

  2. We just planted a raspberry bush but not sure if we'll get much from it this year. The blackberries we planted last year have flowered and have green berries on :)

  3. I just moved to a house with virtually no garden and very little sun. I left a sprawling garden and fruit orchard :( Your fruit makes me a wee bit jealous!

  4. Your raspberry bushes are gorgeous. I hope to plant this spring. We have ALOT of high bush blueberries which produc prolificly but ooooh I'd love some raspberries. Where did you plant them? N., S., E., W.?

  5. They're on the south/southeast side of our house. It gets the best sun and the bush that gets the sun the longest has the most berries on it and has been ready to harvest sooner than the others.

  6. Your garden looks great. jealous of your raspberries. We just planted blueberries this year and it just kills me to pull off all the blooms, waiting for next year.....
